21 Nov Low Ceilings? No problem!
With the winter season upon us, most events move indoors. While indoor events keep us warm and cozy and away from the elements, planning equipment for indoor events can sometimes be tricky. Many, many times we are asked if we have equipment that will fit in small halls or locations with low ceilings. The answer is…..YES!
We’ve built our inventory of equipment around one of our key drivers: Variety. This enables us to provide you with the latest equipment that suits a variety of locations, event types and age groups.
When you are searching our equipment inventory on our website, be sure you review the details section at the bottom of each piece of equipment to view the specs on size, electrical requirements and what is included.
This will enable you to have a better vision and understanding of what equipment will work best for your indoor location.
Available power and accessibility are two key components to consider when deciding on equipment for your indoor event. Some equipment may require a higher amount of power to run properly. If possible, ensure you have a separate breaker or circuit for each piece of equipment so you can ensure you don’t lose power throughout the event.
When it comes to accessibility, consider lineups, traffic flow, and emergency exits. Each of these points will be important to the overall success and safety of your event.
If you are still unsure of what equipment would work best for your event after reviewing our inventory, click the “ask question” tab in the details section or contact tab at the top right of the webpage and send us your questions we would be glad to help!
Have a great week everyone!
